Many Greenrock team members have immigrated from all over the world and have plenty of stories (and amazing recipes) to share about their cultures. The map on the right includes pinpoints for the countries our team members are from.
- Stay up to date on building notices and reminders
The Greenrock Resident Access Service Portal (GRASP) is a one-stop shop where residents can check their online payment history, submit maintenance requests, and view important notices pertaining to their Greenrock community. The portal is the quickest way to find out what’s coming up in your community, such as maintenance work and resident events.
For the most convenient experience, we recommend updating your GRASP communication settings to have notices delivered directly to your email inbox. Opt-in to email communications by simply logging into GRASP, visiting your profile settings (click the person icon at the top right of the homepage), selecting “Edit Profile”, and checking off the box that says “I agree to receive email communications…”.

Another great way to stay connected with your Greenrock community is following us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter – these accounts are where we post community news, blogs, contests, surveys, and upcoming events. - Explore Your Community and Surrounding Neighbourhoods
Greenrock has two residential communities: Village Green located near Church and Wellesley and Davisville Village close to Yonge and Davisville. The Village is a vibrant and queer-friendly neighbourhood known for its nightlife and as the home of the annual Pride parade, while Davisville is a trendy, sought-after neighbourhood perfect for families and working professionals that want easy access to shopping, restaurants, lush green spaces, and trails.
One of the best parts of living in a Greenrock community is the proximity to subway stations and transit –hop on and arrive in most Toronto neighbourhoods in 30 minutes or less. Distillery District, Chinatown, and Yorkville are just a few of the city’s trendiest neighbourhoods worth checking out.
Whether you are new to the city or have made it your New Year’s resolution to do more sightseeing, we highly recommend checking out a part of the city you don’t usually spend time in. Each neighbourhood has its own distinct vibe with endless options for entertainment, food, and shopping.
